A long-Awaited update
Three years since a website update....ah how the time has passed. I have just had no time to work on this website, at all. We've lost actors, gained actors and more importantly.....
We are less than 50 scenes away from finishing Metal Gear. Yes, the time in the above teaser trailer is incorrect now obviously, but thats what we get for trying to promise a release date. This is including all of the pickup-shots, one-liners, and various tidbits left to wrap filming completely. Less than 50, out of the hundreds and hundreds in the 226 page final script! This is an exciting time ladies and gentlemen, the film will finally come to be a reality, after years in the making!
In website-specific news, the Forum no longer works, so don't bother using the button on the right. I had to take it down due to space issues, a bunch of technical garbage, but I hope to get it up and running sometime in the future.
Finally, there WILL BE A METAL GEAR SUBSITE. Again, I have had zero time to work on this website, but I will try and dedicate more time to it so the fans can stay informed. The Metal Gear subsite will contain pictures, information, and possibly video clips, all leading up to the release of Metal Gear.
If there are any questions, please feel free to email me at karland@downpourproductions.com, and I will reply as soon as possible.
Thank you everyone for sticking through this long filmmaking process.

New updates at last!
It's been almost two months since a site
update, but, as you may have noticed from the new
intro page, this is mostly due to our new film project,
METAL GEAR THE MOVIE! That's right, based on the popular
game from Konami, our next film will bring you excitement,
action, and drama, all in one spectacular movie package.
Check back soon for the official Downpour Productions Metal Gear
website to be up and running.
In other news, three new films have been added
to the vault of Short Films. The
first being a promotional that was recently shown at a local
High School film festival, depicting the current skill level
being used in the Metal Gear project (ironically, now
outdated). The second is another off-the-wall video along
the same lines of It's the Buzz. And the third is
the long-awaited third installment in the Life of Matt and
Karland series! Enjoy!

The Forum Gets a Facelift
We've moved from development of site features to giving the Forum a much needed facelift. It should only take a few days at very latest and the Forum might look kinda weird during that time while we test things out. Thanks for your patience!

Downpour Productions Launches New Look
Welcome to the new Downpour Productions official website! This day marks the second time the website has been under redesign, and we look better than ever thanks to our newest team member, Kyle Leitch (Antonius). He has done an outstanding job, and will lend a digital hand in our upcoming films very soon as well. Email him at KyleLeitch@gmail.com, and be sure to tell him what a wonderful job he's done!
In other news, a new short film has been released in celebration of the new website. Right With Wrong, starring Karland Paez, Matt Rogge, and Angel Everson is now available in the Vault for viewing. Don't forget to join the Forum and post comments about it, good or bad as always. Everyone have a nice day, and enjoy the films and new website!
Please note that while
the site is nearly complete, there are still several features that are unavailable. These features will be online soon. Whenever you see the navigation bar with the caution tape background, a feature on that page is under construction. Additionally, some of the old site links will not work. For a complete list of links, click here.
